miarn modules

Miarn stands for modules for intelligent autonomous robot navigation. The modules are available in the form of pv3d components that can be downloaded from the sf site.

miarn flowchart The current miarn modules are:

  1. fast feature extraction:
    1. arcs/circles, using the inscribed angle variance algorithm.
    2. lines using recursive line fitting
    3. people legs using simple heuristics
  2. fast people tracking using heuristics.

The miarn project is over, as i finished my masters and in my Phd i'm not doing mobile robotics any more.
